"United Breaks Guitars"

David Carroll, a Canadian singer released in 2009 a song called “Unites Breaks Guitars” and the song was a total hit. He wrote this song because of an incident that happened to him when flying United Airlines in 2008. The company broke his guitar, the three people he talked to treated him with indifference and the company didn’t want to pay him or give him a new one. There were two songs following the first one; the second song is about “Ms. Irlweg” the employee who told him that they would give him anything and the third song is giving United Airlines a warning that their customer service has to get better or no one else will fly with them. Ashamed of this incident, Rob Bradford, the managing director of customer service said that the incident will help them improve and never commit this type of thing again. Bob Taylor who owner of the Taylor guitars, which is the one David had, gave him David two new guitars and helped him with his second video. I would say that David Carroll achieved what he wanted and did it with success.
